Healthcare Assistants required in Norwich
We are currently seeking Healthcare Assistants to support hospital patients before they are taken back to their homes.
Hours
6am – 2pm, 2pm -10pm, 4pm – 10pm, 10pm – 7am
Flexible working hours
Duties will include :
* Assist service users with their personal care needs and help to provide health supervision and attention through direct care as needed
* Dietary and nutritional requirements of the service user
* Ensuring accurate record keeping at all times
* To comply with guidelines and policies at all times
* To contribute to the efficient running of the establishment and the creation of an atmosphere conductive to the best interest of service users
* To encourage service users to remain as independent as possible
* To carry out any other tasks that may reasonably be assigned to you by Senior Staff
Experience Required
* Previous experience of working in a care environment
* Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and listening
* Have a caring and compassionate attitude
* NVQ2 and NVQ3 desirable
* Must have own transport due to location
